Terms of Service
All references below to the word (we), (our) or (us) mean ‘Local SEO Club’ the service provider of these terms… All references to (you) or (your) are references to you, the client, who has purchased a service from us, Local SEO Club… All references to (campaign), (product), (project) or (service) refers to services you have bought from us or services that we offer. The word (client/s) used in the TOS is in reference to you, our customer who has purchased a service from us, Local SEO Club.
1 (Payment)
We only use our own payment system with Stripe or others connected to local-seo-club.com so everything is automated and easier for our team and accounts department… We do not accept other payment methods like BACS Bank transfers, Cheques, Cash, Crypto etc, and payments are only to be made through our website processors at local-seo-club.com…
1a: You agree to use our own payment system on our website local-seo-club.com only, which is currently Stripe.
2 (No Contract/Tie-In)
There are no contracts to sign or a tie-in. We may ask you to sign or acknowledge our TOS (Terms Of Service) and we ask you to be considerate and contact us first before cancelling a service… You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account dashboard when logged into local-seo-club.com.
3 (Client Portal/Reporting)
We also add customers to a Client Portal… All the progress and communications are held within there. This streamlines the whole process, which means we can communicate with clients in one place rather than multiple places like text, email, WhatsApp and phone etc. It also means that you have everything in place and improves the client’s experience… Another benefit is that it means that we can get on with the work and give better results without being distracted by communicating through many different platforms…
3a: There is no set time to campaign reporting in your client portal but we try to update once per month
3b: All information about your project or campaign will be shown in your Client Portal only.
3c: We will only display reports, progress or keyword rankings in your Client Portal and nowhere else.
3d: We reserve the right to show you any information about your project or campaign in your Client Portal that we choose.
3e: You will not dictate what information we show in your Client Portal and we will decide what information is shown.
4 (Support)
All support for our clients is contained within the Client Support platform…
4a: You will only contact us and use support with the support system or the live support feature shown on the website Client Portal.
4b: After you become a client, all support and correspondence between us and you will be carried out in the Client Portal and support system only.
5 (General SEO)
5a: Positive results or keyword ranking improvements are not guaranteed.
5b: We have no influence over search engine updates that may affect your keyword rankings.
5c: Large or unexpected drops in keywords or traffic drop at any time are not our responsibility.
5d: You will not dictate SEO strategy and will let us use our own plan for your marketing shown on the checklist in your portal.
5e: We will only carry out the amount and type of work shown on the checklist in your Client Portal.
5f: Any additional requests for work not shown on the checklist section within your Client Portal are to be agreed upon and paid for.
6 (General SEO continued in regards to Local SEO)
This section of the TOS goes into more detail about SEO, specifically local SEO and working and optimising Google Business Profile (GBP) listings (sometimes referred to as GMB (Google My Business), Google Places and Google Maps).
6a: We are not responsible for the loss of a Google Business Profile/s (GBP) listing/s or the suspension of that listing/s.
6b: We are not responsible if your Google Business Profile/s (GBP) listing/s disappears from Google search.
6c: We are not financially responsible for Google Business Profile/s (GBP) listing/s being disabled or suspended… We have a reinstatement service that is not guaranteed but has a high success rate but we charge extra for reinstatement per Google Business Profile/s (GBP) listing on successful reinstatement.
6d: All Google Business Profile/s (GBP) listing/s you or we manage or work on for your service or brand are your responsibility.
6e: Fees to pay for Google Business Profile/s (GBP) listing/s reinstatement is your responsibility only.
6f: We are not responsible for the loss, manipulation or algorithmic nature of Google Business Profile/s (GBP) listing/s reviews.
7 (General Terms)
7a: We have the right to terminate your service if you are aggressive, threatening or abusive to our staff.
7b: We can change, amend, delete or add any information to this TOS at any time.
7c: We can ask you to sign a new TOS or changes to the current TOS at any time and cancel working with you if not compliant.
7d: We can terminate your service at any time.
